Refund Policy

At Blissful Nepal Trekking and Tour, we understand that plans can change, and we aim to accommodate your needs while maintaining fairness to both parties. Below are the key details regarding our refund, cancellation, and payment policies:

Cancellation Policies and Trip Interruptions

To confirm your reservation, you can either finalize your booking online or request a manual booking form, which will be sent to you via email. A deposit of 30% of the total trip cost is also required.

Important: This 30% deposit is non-refundable, but it can be used toward any future trip at any time.

• Rescheduling Requests: You can reschedule your trek without additional charges if a minimum notice period of 6 weeks is provided before the scheduled trip.
• Trip Changes & Unforeseen Events: In the event of circumstances beyond our control (such as natural disasters, civil unrest, epidemics, airport closures, travel advisories, or any unforeseen events), Blissful Nepal Trekking and Tour will make every effort to reschedule your trek at no extra cost. However, our standard deposit refund policy still applies.
• Travel Insurance: We recommend that participants obtain travel insurance to cover potential trip interruptions and cancellations due to unexpected events during the trek.

Early Termination of a Trek & Payment Procedures

• Early Termination of Trek: If you need to end your trek earlier than planned due to personal reasons or health concerns, please note that no refunds will be provided for unused trek days. This policy is in place to ensure that guides and porters are compensated for their committed time and services.
• Payment Structure:
  • A deposit is required to confirm your booking.
  • The remaining balance must be paid in a major currency at Blissful Nepal Trekking and Tour’s office in Kathmandu upon arrival.
  • Payments via credit or debit cards in Nepal are subject to an additional 3.5% charge to cover local taxes and transaction fees.
• Payment Confirmation: Receipt of payment confirmation will be provided within 24 to 48 hours for online payments or after the verification of bank transfers.
