While other groups had to turn back due to snow and limited accommodation options, Nabaraj's knowledge and resourcefulness allowed us to achieve our goal. He was exceptionally helpful, friendly, and possessed an in-depth understanding of the region, having grown up there. It was an amazing journey to EBC made comfortable by our guide Mr. Jhalak. It was an arduous trek through difficult terrain reaching an altitude above 5100 m. Jhalak took care of the logistics including food and shelter. He also monitored health of all and he was there to help anyone in distress. Overall the journey went off without much problem and made it most enjoyable and memorable.
Jhalad is a wonderful guide with a good character and pleasend to be with He noes his ways and will show you great places For me it was a lifetime experience to take a trip with him in 2009 and we ate still friends and stay in contact Choos Jhalad and you won’t regret it !
