Access Nepal runs a tight ship, and the manager, Sadhana, was very prompt in returning emails and text message while booking our trip--even with a nearly 12-hour time difference. Our guide and porter on the trek were very professional, knowledgable, and patient. Our guide for the Kathmandu city day tour was an encyclopedia of knowledge.
